These Terms govern your use of the BuyAvi mobile application provided by BuyAvi Group Intl Ltd (“BuyAvi,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Independent Service: BuyAvi is an independent sourcing service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the brands sourced, or any of their subsidiaries. All brand names and logos remain the trademarked property of their respective owners.

– Fees: Membership is 250 ₪ per month or 2000 ₪ per year. Fees are non-refundable.
– Single Device Policy: Access is strictly restricted to one (1) logged-in device. Account sharing isprohibited and enforced via Twilio OTP verification.
– Account Conduct: We reserve the right to terminate accounts for suspicious activity, including bulkbuyingfor reselling or circumventing store limits.
– Chargeback Policy: Initiating a payment dispute or “chargeback” with a financial institution withoutfirst attempting to resolve the issue with BuyAvi support will result in immediate and permanent account termination.

– Drop Model: Drops occur monthly for approximately 4 days. A schedule is released in-app prior to the start.
– Pricing Accuracy: BuyAvi strives for accuracy; however, should the register price exceed the posted live price, BuyAvi will seek member approval before purchasing. If approval is not granted, the request will be canceled.
– Zero Markup: Members pay the original outlet price plus shipping and processing fees.

– Binding Commitment: A card authorization hold is required to secure an item. This serves as a binding confirmation to purchase.
– Consolidation: Shipping is consolidated per store session. Purchases from different stores incur separate fees.
– Right of Refusal: BuyAvi reserves the right to cancel a hold if the store refuses the sale or the item fails quality inspection.

– All-In Checkout: All shipping, duties, taxes, and processing fees are calculated and collected through the application.
– Payment Security: Transactions are processed securely via Tranzila. Credit card details are never stored on BuyAvi servers.
– DDP Delivery: Shipped via DHL Express. No further payments to the courier are required upon delivery.

All sales are final once sourced. No cancellations or exchanges. Returns are only accepted for incorrect or damaged items notified within 48 hours with photographic proof.

We collect name, email, and shipping data to fulfill orders. We do not sell your data. We share necessary info with Tranzila, Twilio, and DHL strictly for service execution.

– Limitation of Liability: BuyAvi Group Intl Ltd is not liable for indirect damages or delays (e.g., customs inspections).
– Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction in Tel Aviv.
– Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the full agreement between you and BuyAvi Group Intl Ltd.
